Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Flewd purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Flewd.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Flewd monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Flewd.
Flewdstresscares.com Purchases
Flewd.com purchases can be easily returned by mail. Please email us at contact@flewdstresscares.com to receive a pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). This pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your return balance. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
– When you return your purchase to flewdstresscares.com by mail and we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
Items purchased on Flewd.com may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 90 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Flewd outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a receipt, or not purchased at Flewd, may not be credited back or returned to you.

Flewd.com Returns by Mail
Please email us at contact@flewdstresscares.com to receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
– Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Flewd packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
– Print the pre-paid return label provided to you and ship via USPS.
– You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Gift Returns
If you are returning a Flewd gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, before mailing the return please email us at contact@flewdstresscares.com to set-up the gift return under your account.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Flewd’s discretion.

We offer FREE GROUND USPS Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes) and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM ET to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday by 11:59AM ET.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
